Sometimes life can seem difficult, full of troubles that don't seem to go away no matter how hard we try. We can find ourselves caught in destructive patterns of behaviour unable to find a way out, feeling down and as if life has lost all meaning or sense of purpose. And often we can feel completely alone. At these times it can be helpful to meet with a counsellor to get some support and some help in working through your issues. I offer a professional, confidential and safe place in which to be truly heard. You do not have to suffer alone.
At other times we feel anxious, worrying about what others think of us, unable to go out socially for fear we will make a fool of ourselves. Or we can find our minds fully of worries, like a tap that cannot be turned off and which adds to our everyday stress.
